Live Jazz, Jazz Dance, New Orleans Brass, Black Mardi Gras Indians, Louisiana cuisine, family art activities and a New Orleans Second Line!

The event will also feature the Brass and Jazz Market.
The market will be a diverse hub for BIPOC vendors, artists, artisans, and a harmonious fusion of culture and creativity!

The theme of this year’s festival is “And the Youth Shall Lead: celebrating young performers and the future of jazz music”

This is a family-friendly event. Bring a blanket or short lawn chair. Food and beverages will be available for purchase.

Event parking is free and first come, first served at the following locations:

  • Mattie Nash-Myrtle Davis Recreation Center: 3710 N Hampton Rd
  • Carr Elementary School: 1952 Bayside Street
  • The Texas Rangers Youth Academy at Mercy St. Sports Complex: 2303 Bickers Street
  • Street parking is also available.
