Do You Like Free Fun?
Do you like to have fun for free? That was a rhetorical question. Of course you do. The AT&T Performing Arts Center’s dedication to engaging the community in unique and accessible ways has lead to the creation of several fun FREE classes and events on our campus in the Dallas Arts District. Sammons Park (the front lawn of the Winspear Opera House) is the sight of ongoing creative movement classes for kids, dance classes, social dances, and free concerts! Check out the programs below and plan to pay us a visit!
A Summer Dance Social on August 17!
Country Two Step with instructors Bobby Pritchard & Carla Romine, current World Champions
Two Step is a definite favorite in Dallas! Grab a partner for an hour long class from 7 – 8PM and then a social dance from 8 – 10PM. Signature cocktails, beer, wine and snacks will be available for purchase. The shallow donor reflecting pool in front of the Winspear Opera House makes the perfect summer dance floor!

PNC Patio Sessions every Thursday!
Every Thursday evening from 5:30 – 7:30PM, guests can enjoy the best happy hour has to offer – live music, beautiful scenery, fun games, putt-putt golf, and of course beverages. The free concerts featuring local artists are held under the shade of the trees outside the Center Café.

Creative Kids Movement Classes through August 2!
Every Tuesday at 10AM through August 2 you can get the kids out of the house and having a blast in Sammons Park! These classes develop gross motor skills and coordination with fun activities including dance, gymnastics and yoga.
